Agreement To Tie Fax Servers with Multi-Function Devices

Extending its market reach, and expanding its network of sales and marketing alliances, Interstar Technologies signed a Referral Agreement with Imagistics International Inc. (NYSE: IGI), formerly Pitney Bowes Office Systems.

Imagistics' office automation technology, including networked multi-function scan/copy/print devices, neatly overlaps with Interstar's network fax servers and unified messaging solutions. According to the agreement, Interstar will pursue opportunities identified by Imagistics' national sales force for its LightningFAX product. This will allow Imagistics' customers to receive completely integrated solutions.
